 Whitney Activity Maine’s photo contest is for the recreational and professional photographers who live or visit Maine. Maine is obviously a very scenic state and has many great events happening in this picturesque back drop. The contest will focus on Winter outdoor recreation like hiking, tubing, skiing/snowboarding, XC skiing, snow shoeing, ice fishing, wildlife, plus any outdoor events like the National Toboggan championships in Camden that photograph well. There are so many community events that inspire photographers and we want to create a major buzz about capturing those moments to share with the world. We want this to become the most fun and best photo competition in Maine! Email your winter photo submissions (LIMIT 2) to photo@activitymaine.com by March 31st. A classic Maine summer get-away package will be awarded to the winner on May 15th.
