Book Signing by Kate Krukowski Gooding!

Starting at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13th, Moose River cookbook author Kate Krukowski Gooding will be at Bishop’s Store Moose Tagging Station signing cookbooks AND giving away one FREE homemade Moose Salami for each moose tongue donated (and the recipe) and FREE Goats Milk Peanut Butter Fudge for each cookbook purchase. Kate is the author of the Black Fly Stew Series: Wild Maine Recipes, Simple Gourmet Lamb and Wine Pairings, 50 Ways to Eat a Beaver and Free-Range Fish & Lobster cookbooks. An avid tester, Kate continues to test new recipes, hence the need for moose tongues (or any other parts). Moose tongue contributors will be credited in her next cookbook “Cook Local-Spice Global.” She will be there until the Moose Salami and Goats Milk Peanut Butter Fudge runs out.
