Environmental Advocacy and the Arts: Telling the Gulf of Maine’s Story

FreeJoin us for Environmental Advocacy and the Arts: Telling the Gulf of Maine’s Story, featuring the creative team behind SeaChange: Darkness and Light in the Gulf of Maine, as well as experts in their fields discussing the role of the arts in amplifying awareness of environmental issues and stories, advocating for action on climate change, providing pathways for people to engage with these topics outside of the normally polarized public discourse. Additional topics of interest are climate action through arts education and the current discourse among contemporary artists and eco-artists connected to environmental topics. This program was developed in connection with the opening of SeaChange: Darkness and Light in the Gulf of Maine, a collaboration with the Gulf of Maine EcoArts
