Adventurers will arrive Friday evening and slowly settle in to enjoy dinner by 6pm. Holly, founder of MYA, will lead an evening yoga session before bed to get minds clear and bodies flowing. Saturday will begin with more yoga then we’ll move onto breakfast. Adventurers can enjoy some free time to take in the beauty of Pleasant Pond.
Next up is a guided hike up Pleasant Pond Mountain for a mountaintop yoga/meditation session and a tasty bagged lunch. More free time will follow the hike before we move onto our evening meal. A gentle yoga practice will ease adventurers right into their bedtime.
Sunday morning also begins with yoga and more yummy food. Then we’ll get ready to pack up and depart for the rafting base. Oh yes! It’ll be time to enjoy a day of whitewater rafting on the Kennebec River!
