DESCRIPTION:Sample 5 seasonal specialty beers while enjoying the incredible ambiance of The Cellars at Allagash\, our wild and sour barrel aging space located at 100 Industrial Way (adjacent to our public Tasting Room). If you are looking for a more traditional brewery tour\, check out our “Taste of Allagash Origin Tour” which begins in the brewhouse and ends in our wild barrel room. \nThe experience includes a welcome sample of Allagash White. Through March & April we are tasting: Cur-8 barrel/lager collaboration beer\, North Sky Stout\, Allagash Cider\, and Once Upon an Orchard with Cherries tart barrel blend. Final pour is a “choose your own adventure” sample between two rotating options. There will be time at the end to purchase beer & merch to go\, or additional pours. We recommend arriving early to get settled as missed questions are not repeated. Tickets are free but reservations are strongly recommended as we’ve been packed recently!
