SUMMARY:Wicked Maine Outdoor Fest
DESCRIPTION:Join other outdoor enthusiasts from across Maine and away at this experiential and educational celebration of all that the Maine outdoors has to offer. Located at the popular Cumberland Fairgrounds\, The Wicked Maine Outdoor Fest will showcase businesses\, brands\, vendors\, and experiences whose focus is to help people enjoy and experience the great outdoors. \nThere will be something for everyone\, no matter what your age or outdoor skill level. The festival will include activities\, live music\, food trucks\, craft beer and wine garden\, shopping with local Maine artists and craftsmen. Only $10 per person\, children 12 and under are FREE. Entrance fee gives you access to all live music\, activities\, interactive vendor booths\, and more! Food\, beverages\, and purchases from vendors are not included in the entrance fee. This event is family-friendly and open to the public with plenty of free onsite parking. \nProceeds from The Wicked Maine Outdoor Fest to benefit Girl Scouts of Maine in support of outdoor activities and experiences for girls in Maine including summer camp scholarships and more.

SUMMARY:Ales for Tails
DESCRIPTION:OUR FAVORITE EVENT\, ALES FOR TAILS\, IS BACK FOR A TAIL-WAGGING GOOD TIME!\nThis year’s event will be held Sunday\, June 26th\, from 2-5pm on the ocean at Spring Point Ledge in South Portland (on the SMCC campus). \nAles for Tails is a dog-friendly beer festival that supports the ARLGP’s life-saving work. This year we are thrilled to welcome 17 amazing Maine brewers: Allagash Brewing Company\, Austin Street Brewing\, Banded Brewing\, Bangor Beer Company\, Bissell Brothers\, Black Pug Brewing\, Brickyard Hollow\, Definitive Brewing Company\, Fore River Brewing Company\, Foulmouthed Brewing\, Foundation Brewing Company\, Goodfire Brewing\, Island Dog Brewing\, Nonesuch River Brewing\, Olive Pit Brewing\, and Rising Tide Brewing. \nPlus\, a paw-some lineup of food trucks/carts: Smokey & Brines\, Mr. Tuna\, Totally Awesome Vegan Food Truck and Zephyr Ice \nEach admission includes (6) 8-ounce pours for the brewery booths\, free parking\, and an aluminum souvenir tasting cup. Well-behaved\, leashed dogs are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend at no additional cost. Pre-purchased tickets are $60 per person\, $70 at the door (if we do not sell out in advance). This is a 21+ event. \nAll funds raised directly support the nearly 4\,000 pets that depend on our life-saving work every year.
