Organized by Gardiner Main Street\, this annual fall beer festival also features a full lineup of great music\, tasty food vendors\, fun games and entertainment all day long. \nALL DAY SAMPLING\nFrom barrel aged beers to award winning rum\, you’ll enjoy brews and blends not always found at the store\, for a true handcrafted\, small batch experience. To tantalize all taste buds\, hard cider\, wine\, craft spirits and mead will also be on tap. Enjoy local favorites as well as brewers from across the state as they pour their best brews. Taste the day away with all day sampling – no beer tickets needed! This year we are thrilled to welcome 17 amazing Maine brewers: Allagash Brewing Company\, Austin Street Brewing\, Banded Brewing\, Bangor Beer Company\, Bissell Brothers\, Black Pug Brewing\, Brickyard Hollow\, Definitive Brewing Company\, Fore River Brewing Company\, Foulmouthed Brewing\, Foundation Brewing Company\, Goodfire Brewing\, Island Dog Brewing\, Nonesuch River Brewing\, Olive Pit Brewing\, and Rising Tide Brewing. \nPlus\, a paw-some lineup of food trucks/carts: Smokey & Brines\, Mr. Tuna\, Totally Awesome Vegan Food Truck and Zephyr Ice \nEach admission includes (6) 8-ounce pours for the brewery booths\, free parking\, and an aluminum souvenir tasting cup. SUMMARY:Riverlands 100 & Relay
DESCRIPTION:The Riverlands 100 is a trail race put on by experienced trail runners for people who like to push their limits. Come join us!\nSolo runners will do 4 laps of a beautiful 25-mile out-and-back trail at the Androscoggin Riverlands State Park in Turner\, ME. The course is a little over half ATV trail that has a little of everything: river views of the Androscoggin (listen for loons!)\, dense forest\, ups and downs\, rocks and roots and hopefully some good mud. The rest is sweet single track\, the best Maine offers. There is not much flat\, but it has the potential to be a fast 100 for experienced ultra runners and a challenging 100 for first-timers.  \nThinking of making it a party? \nWe will also be offering a 100 mile relay for teams of 5.  The relay course will be 5 laps of a 20 mile out and back course which is slightly different than the solo 100 mile course. Each relay runner must complete at least one 20-mile lap. The relay teams are on the ATV trail for 80% of their 20 mile leg\, with 20% single track. We have had some 4 person teams where one runner did two legs. This works\, too!

DESCRIPTION:The New England Bill Koch Youth Ski League Festival is the marquee event of the New England Nordic Ski Association (NENSA)’s Bill Koch Youth Ski League. This league has the mission to introduce young people to the sport of cross country skiing with its social\, fitness and competitive opportunities. \nThis fun youth festival will feature racing\, as well as a wide range of non-competitive winter activities for youngsters from throughout the northeast. Skiers of all ability levels from kindergarten up to 8th grade are welcome! \nThe event will take place March 5-6\, 2022 at Waterville’s Quarry Road Trails. It is hosted and organized by the Quarry Road Ski Club. \nSoar Over Snow Theme & Parade: There are many birds that we see in the winter at Quarry Road.  During the Festival we will refer to 7/8th graders as eagles\, 5/6th graders as pileated woodpeckers\, 3/4th graders as owls \, 1/2nd graders as crows\, and Lollipops and Nordic Adventurers as chickadees.  We will have these birds in our signage and we encourage any and all bird costumes for the parade. \nNordic Adventure Participation (non-timed events): Includes the parade\, mini-marathon/bird search\, obstacle course\, terrain park\, bump jump\, biathlon with US Biathletes\, live birds with Chewonki\, and autograph session with Bill Koch. DESCRIPTION:Come explore the warmth of Maine’s most charming downtown\, full of maritime history\, walkable streets\, unique shops and boutiques and a diverse festival that will help brighten up the darkest season. \nFRIDAY FEBRUARY 25\, 2022 \nMeet as a community at 6:00pm in front of 31 Centre Street. Everyone is encouraged to bring a lantern\, a light\, a camp light\, a head light\, glow sticks\, whatever you have that lights up\, and join in the Opening Night Lantern Parade! We will walk\, dance\, sing and chant\, bringing light to the darkest season. The Lantern Parade is sponsored by the very fitting MSDCO Shop! part of Maine Street Design. \nMidcoast Youth Center has a Lantern Kit for you to use if you don’t want to bring something from home. \nOrder your Lantern Kit Online at www.midcoastyouth.org/lanterns \nOur path will wind up to City Hall\, and over to Library Park where a band of Fire Dance Performers will give us a beautiful show set to music. Thanks to our multiple sponsors for bringing this exciting element to our festival: Mae’s Cafe\, La Nef Chocolate\, Lisa Marie’s Made in Maine\, and the Residence Inn. \nThe Legacy Investments Free Family Ice Rink will be set up and available\, just remember to bring your skates! \nThe Chocolate Church Arts Center will be hosting an evening of Bluegrass music starting at 7:30pm with Erica Brown and the Bluegrass Connection. Come unwind and prepare for a busy day of exploring Bath on Saturday! Bill Douglas and Jareth Johnson and Bob Giannini will be our stand up comedians starting at 8pm. \nLive Music Fridays @ Bath Brewing! Friday\, 2/25/22 6pm-8:30pm. Local musician\, Andy Rice\, is coming back at Bath Brewing Company!  Andy’s rich vocal talent lends itself beautifully to a wide variety of music.  From nostalgic country tunes by Walon Jennings\, Willie Nelson\, and Johnny Cash to popular songs from Elvis Presley\, CCR\, the Eagles and Jimmy Buffet. \nSATURDAY FEBRUARY 26\, 2022 \nLibrary Park will be alive all day with activities for the whole family. The Legacy Investments Free Family Ice Rink will be available from 10am- 8pm. The Winter Disc Golf Course brought to us by Midcoast Federal Credit Union will host the 2022 MSB Winter Disc Golf Tournament from 11am-12pm with Free Family Disc Golf available from 12-4pm. \nSIGN YOUR TEAM UP FOR \nTHE 2022 MSB WINTERFEST DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT \nCLICK HERE! \nKids can test their skills at a Winter Gauntlet at Library Park and participate in a Color Challenge with Frozen Paint brought to us by the Universe Gym. Kids can grab a scavenger hunt list and head downtown to search for clues. Shetland Yard Farm will be joining us with a pony pen for animal lovers to take a moment and pet the ponies. Exactly as it sounds\, and super fun! \nThanks to a generous anonymous donation\, SubZero Ice Carvings will be showcasing a huge demo at the Pocket Park (next to Lisa Marie’s Made in Maine on Front Street)\, and there will be two other ice sculptures in the downtown to enjoy as you explore shops and restaurants. One should make the PERFECT selfie station.
