Nosara\, is a small bumpy roaded village in the Nicoya Peninsula\, on the northwest Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Its remoteness has long kept the crowds away\, but surfers\, yogis and adventurers know it’s special and have been making pilgrimages there for years. \nEnjoy a full week of adventuring at our private oasis Casa De Alces – luxurious\, tropical\, and inspiring. We’ll have this spectacular space to ourselves to truly share an extraordinary experience together. \nSo many ways to relax with the open air rancho style property boasting several lounging areas\, multiple fountains\, lush landscaping\, two strategically placed outdoor showers to rinse off in\, and an amazing saltwater pool to slide into and soothe yourself from the sun & heat. An added design speciality to the pool is the convenient swim up tiki bar and I’m sure MYA will be happy to share some refreshments with you! \nOur cook will have two fully equipped custom kitchens with stainless steel appliances\, one outdoors and one indoors to work her magic. Sophia Palange\, professional cook\, will whip up artful\, tantalizing meals that maintain a local fresh sensibility full of flavor. Adventurers will have full access to the kitchens as well. Mixing up smoothies is all part of the Nosara vibe! \nThe casa has seven bedrooms consisting of three master suites (2 king\, 1 queen – the suites are only open to two adventurers to share\, not for single use)\, one double queen casita\, single queen private casita\, single queen bedroom and a queen bunkbed room are available for adventurers. \nThe beach\, with a completely undeveloped and ecologically dense shoreline\, is just a stroll away. Birding is incredible as well as sightings of howler monkeys\, butterflies\, dragonflies\, iguanas\, crabs\, geckos\, cool foxlike Costa Rican squirrels\, etc. The buzzing of bees in the bright tropical flowers is heard alongside the sounds of the surf. \nAdventurers will be moments away from one of the best surfing beaches in the world in Playa Guiones. We’ll have our incredible surfing instructor\, Scott Anchors\, very generous and kind\, assisting everyone in riding the waves with ease.
