Firebird Trail Race is a grassroots, tough trail event, fueled by donations, positive vibes, and run on a 5K / 13M / 50K crushing course. It’s technical and challenging, with lots of rocks and roots on mostly single track trail. The course is largely on the Cross-Falmouth Trail from Windham to Falmouth. Unlike other races, to get in runners must donate to a non-profit of their choice within a year before the race. This race is truly a community effort, volunteer run, with the goal of helping each and every runner accomplish a grueling task, whether for the first time or the hundredth time. We’ve added a 5K for those who just want a taste of the trails. 13M and 50K runners will receive a Firebird Trail Races shirt.
