The 54th annual 2022 MTC Turkey Trot 5K is a live road race taking place at 9 am on Sunday, November 20, at the Cape Elizabeth Middle School, Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

There’s also at virtual 5K option, from Nov. 7 through Nov. 20.

The MTC Turkey Trot 5k road race is a USATF certified course held in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Over the past 5 years the MTC Turkey Trot 5k has raised nearly $25,000 and donated over 10,000 lbs. of food to its beneficiary, Wayside Food Programs. The Maine Track Club appreciates all runners, volunteers and sponsors that contribute to this race; it is because of you that Wayside Food Programs can help so many that would otherwise go hungry.

The free kids’ run will take place at 8:30 am – it’s a .0.25 mile out-and-back or a 0.5 mile two loop out-and-back.

All 5K runners registered through Oct. 31 will receive a race T-shirt.

Race proceeds and food donations benefit Wayside Food Programs.
