Feel the rhythm, feel the ride, give it up, it’s slalom time!

Saddleback’s premier snowboarding and snow skating competition is back on Saturday, March 14, 2026 – the Back to the Banks Banked Slalom. Last year the Maine snowboarding community showed up in force and we had a wicked fun day. Join us for this timed snowboard & snow skates-only race on Grey Ghost consisting of berms and turns that will challenge riders. Two runs and your best time counts. This event is open to all ages. Prizes for the top three riders in each age group!

Join us on Friday 3/13 for Bib Pickup at The Pub from 5-7pm, featuring live music by The Work Truck!

Friday 3/13

• 5-7pm – Ricker check-in and bib pick-up in The Pub

Saturday 3/14

• 8-9 a.m. – Rider check-in and bib pick-up at Guest Services
• 9:30 a.m. – Riders’ meeting at the top of the course on Grey Ghost and course inspection slip lap
• 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – DJ: Eric from AudiblEvents and Vendor Village on the Base Lodge deck
• 10 a.m. – First run starts. Riders will drop in Age Category order, youngest to oldest, ladies first
• 12: 30 p.m. – Second run starts. Riders will drop in Age Category order, youngest to oldest, ladies first
• 3 p.m. – Awards presentation on the Base Lodge Deck (3pm or approx 30 mins after last rider finishes)
