Sample 5 seasonal specialty beers while enjoying the incredible ambiance of The Cellars at Allagash, our wild and sour barrel aging space located at 100 Industrial Way (adjacent to our public Tasting Room). If you are looking for a more traditional brewery tour, check out our “Taste of Allagash Origin Tour” which begins in the brewhouse and ends in our wild barrel room.

The experience includes a welcome sample of Allagash White. Through February we are tasting: our brand new Ski House Winter White, Snow Report Honey Saison, Chocolate Orange Porter, and Cellar’s #12 tart barrel blend with Australian Muscat grape juice. Final pour is a “choose your own adventure” sample between two rotating options. There will be time at the end to purchase beer & merch to go, or additional pours. If you are not a fan of sour beer, don’t worry! We provide alternatives.

This is a production space so sadly dogs are not allowed. If one of your guests is not planning on drinking, select Designated Driver to purchase a discounted ticket.
